Film Financing
Continuum Media was founded as a middleman company arranging multi-film slate deals with studios, and/or single independent film projects with producers, and then arranging financial support through individual investments, financial partnerships, and negotiations with banks and financial lenders.
Continuum's success depends specifically on the growing niche market known as the 'Latin Corridor' of Latino consumers on the East Coast as well as the rest of the United States and Latin American countries themselves.
Films selected for production must meet analytics that show they stand a strong chance of box office success in the niche market. Continuum eschews blockbuster-sized budgets to support adventure, drama and genre pictures which analytics show will have the strongest success upon release.
Financial Investing
Investment capital for film projects comes from hedge funds, venture capital funds, institutional investments, personal and group investments, and crowd funding.
While Continuum Media will also dip into television production and other divisions, the bulk of our services will be towards making mid-budget films. The company will produce, distribute or structure financing for about three films a year intially.
